franny is a flexible, empathic and incisive coach who moves easily and conscientiously between coaching and consulting modalities as needed. She has helped me think through complex supervision and group dynamics issues with a racial justice lens. franny's ability to get to the heart of the matter has also gifted me with deep insights into my own motivations and aspirations that extend beyond my social justice work to life in general.

franny brings a profoundly unique combination of brilliance, expertise, training, empathy and generosity of spirit to her coaching and consulting. She has been an enormous resource in the successful and equitable building of the non profit I founded. Her depth of understanding of the complexity of humans and the unusual amount of grace she is able to offer people and situations is unparalleled.

This has been a very challenging and intensive experience. [The facilitators] created a very nurturing, supportive and collaborative environment. I really also appreciated witnessing leaders' easy transparent style and respect and affection for each other.

This is a really thought out and intentional experience for white Jews to learn about, think about and practice ways of being with regard to antiracism and antisemitism. I had great learnings both on a personal and organizational level; the facilitators are an inspiration to me. The readings and resources were magnificently curated. Organizationally, the chevrutas [small group assignments between sessions] were the most powerful piece for us - they made space for conversations that will strengthen our work, and the prompts were easily resonant and juicy for us as individuals and organizers.
